Has my order been shipped?

  • You will receive an automatic email notification when we have shipped your order.


Can I cancel my order?

  • If we have shipped your order, unfortunately, you cannot cancel and ask for a refund. But if we have not shipped items in your order, we will give you a refund after deducting $1 USD per item as administration fee.


What if I want to return the items and get a refund?

  • Oh No! We're very sorry that you're not satisfied with the product. Your shopping experience here at Bujo Marks is very important and should be a pleasant one. This is why you can make a return within 30 days of receiving. The product should still be unused.
  • Just email us your order number, full name, and reason for return at hi@bujomarks.com. Please also attach a picture of the outer packaging containing your tracking number. We will reply quickly, and please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.


My order has not arrived, what should I do?

  • Don't worry, all items that have not arrived within 60 days since the time you order qualify for our reship guarantee. Alternatively, you can request a refund.
